About Us

Founded in 2017, MET Services LLC is a social enterprise providing year-round, non-emergency paratransit services to seniors and disabled citizens in Southeast Michigan. Our mission is to restore dignity and compassionate care to transportation for vulnerable members of our community.

Inspired by the founder’s personal experience of witnessing her grandmother’s mistreatment by paratransit companies, MET Services was created to set a higher standard in the industry. While pursuing graduate studies at Wayne State University, the founder developed MET Services with a vision of reintroducing quality, compassion, and professionalism into the sector.

As a minority and women-owned business, we are committed to empowering our community. In addition to medical transportation, we offer flexible services to meet the broader mobility needs of our clients, ensuring they can access the services and activities that matter most.
